ALL ABOUT ME -

My name is Karen Ezell and I live in Southern California.  I started cross stitching years ago when my oldest daughter was a baby (she now has her own baby) and I have had this dream for some years … to design, create and sell my cross stitch designs.  Since we camp a lot, I wanted to design with the camping world in mind. 

My husband and I owned an on-line store for the past 10 years in the kayak fishing gear world and sold it last year.  My husband is a crane operator and I ran the on-line store.   I very lucky to now have the opportunity to put this dream to reality.

Customer service is what is important!  I pride myself on customer service and answering any and all  questions as quickly as I can!

With the age of cell phones, I rarely get calls on my home line anyway. So, you can call me with a question or order between the hours of 8am – 4pm California Time.

PLACING AN ORDER -

ON-LINE –

The easiest way to order is on-line via this store. If you feel more comfortable calling in an order, that will work as well. Please keep in mind, I use the same system to process your credit card.

Please be sure to have your billing address match your credit card or the order might not go through. If you have any difficulty in placing your order, please e-mail or call us!

When placing an order on-line, you can create an account but are not required to.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order and another e-mail when we have shipped your order.

MAIL-ORDERS –

You can also mail an order in to the address listed above. If you mail me a check, I will deposit it, make sure it clears the bank and then mail your order. This process can take up to 7 days. You can also order by mailing us a cashier’s check or money order.

To figure out shipping for a mail order, you can go through the on-line system and see what the total will be, or check our shipping rates which are based on how much you spend.

TYPOS –

We are not responsible if you spell something wrong and it results in a delay in your order being shipped out or to the wrong address. You will be charged additional shipping charges if an order is returned due to a typo and wrong address.

SHIPPING -

Your order will ship via the United States Postal Service using First Class Mail. Some orders, because of weight, may ship Parcel Post. Please keep in mind that your item will be shipping from California. Orders to the East Coast could take a week to arrive.

If you would like a tracking number (delivery confirmation) you must upgrade your shipping to a Priority Mail Option.

You will be responsible to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.

We will not mark your item as a gift.

International Shipping can take 2 -4 weeks depending where you live. A Priority Flat Rate Envelope is your best option to receive it faster.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Pattern Sales are FINAL

Returning Kits – If you are unhappy with your purchase of one of our kits, please e-mail me for a return authorization number. Karen@CampCrossStitch.com The kit must be in salable condition – which means in the condition you received it in.

Please return Kits within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, a store credit will be issued.

If there is something wrong with a product and you need to return it, we will pay for shipping. If you have just changed your mind, you will pay the shipping cost. You might want to insure your return package for your protection.
